This week has been very trying for my family.
First, the death of my 5th grand uncle
Now, my grandma fell, crushing her shoulder.
She has to have a shoulder implant.

Lord, grant me strength.

one night of fun in the company of my Cell group= pure enjoyment. :)

We had a BBQ which was really really successful..

We didnt have a Grill but we found an abandoned old one.. So we put aluminium foil over it and used it..Half way while cooking chicken wings, THE WHOLE THING CAUGHT FIRE! hahaha... It was so amusing. We were half screaming, half laughing and trying to put out the fire and save the chicken wings! BBQing was fun :)

Then went down to cafe del mour to chill with some other youths and Steven... THANKS STEVEN FOR THE DRINKS!

They kept playing this really irritating music.

Tim said its called house or something. dunno la.. i just remember it being VERY irritating.

I became really really red.. heh. and all of them thought i was high and drunk. even though I wasnt.

i think.

Anyway, after that, we walked down the beach and then finally settled somewhere, in the middle of no where, and we just talked till about 4am. It was a little cold, but really nice and relaxing. . Walter went back to the chalet first though, cause his feet were hurting him. Poor walter..soon, scott joined him.. haha..

I only had about 3 hours of sleep.. but it doesnt matter much. The only bad thing that happened was that My camera got scratched by the sand...... ahhhh! heart pain.

Oh well.. enough blabber... PICTURES! :)

My granduncle passed away.

I only learnt about it this morning when I went over to my grandparent's house.

It was so sudden.

He was ill and was in and out of the hospital....but.

I guess I never really thought about him dying.

I used to see him around toa payoh after church, when he was running errands.

He would always call me as my mom's daughter.

Always reminding us about what we used to do when we were young...

I loved going to his house during chinese new year.

Not cause of the ang paos.. they only gave four bucks.

But because their goodies were always very good :) heh.

I kinda miss him. though I wasnt very close to him.

The first thing that came to my mind was my grandparents.

I dont know what would happen when they go...

I dont really want to think about that...

It's been an eventful day.

Mummy bought me a purity ring...

It is to remind me to keep myself pure :)

Lydia will get one too when she goes to Australia.

Mom: This is a purity ring. I'll pass it to you when you go to australia.

Lydia: What's it for?

Mom: To act as a reminder to keep yourself pure.

Lydia: You think I'll have sex when I go to australia ah??

Mom: er... NO LA. just a reminder.. heh.

Lol. My mom is so not subtle.

But hey! SHE GAVE ME ONE TOO!

My mom is going on a trip to Vietnam tmw..
And I'll be away on friday night,
My dad will be over at my grandpa's looking after him.

SO, it'll only be Leah and Lydia at home.
My mom is really really worried.
Lydia comes home late so Leah is left alone.
Leah is so blur, sometimes she forgets to eat.

mom: Lydia, don't come back too late k? If not Leah will be alone at home.
Lydia: she'll be sleeping la.
Leah: AYE! I don't always sleep.
me: YA RIGHT.
mom: anything can call grandpa grandma k?
leah: ok.
mom: But don't anyhow call. Don't see lizard only then call ah.
Lydia and I: HUH? HAHAHAHAHA..
mom: YA! the other day she called me when I had CG and told me there was a lizard in the toilet and she started crying..

oh man. My family is soooo weird.. but yet, so entertaining.

Deleted my other account.. though I should have tried to transfer everything here before I did that..
Oh well..
